====== Account ====== An account in **Charity Radar** is an organisation that has subscribed to the system. This will typically be a charity or an agency. The primary users will be UK-based charities. Each account will have at least one [[users|User]]. Every person in the CRM will belong to one, and only one, account. However, a person may be a [[users|user]] of more than one account. This would typically be because one person helps more than one charity with **Charity Radar** or is an agency. The system is being designed and built to cater for agencies - an organisation that provides services. In this case, the services are managing **Charity Radar** for multiple organisations. ==== Onboarding ==== The onboarding process involves creating two parts of the account. The Account for the organisation and the first [[users|User]] account. This first use will always be an [[users|ADMIN User]]. We need to decide on the process before onboarding and the mechanics of onboarding. * Will we meet with customers before they sign up? * Will they be signed up by a salesperson? * Will the onboarding process be self-service? * What happens if organisations need help?
