Users

Users of Charity Radar will have privileges depending on their user type. Two types apply to managing the system; the remainder apply only to one account

• GOD - Master users able to control everything. This will probably be reserved for just Adam and Ian
• SYSADMIN - Update and reset accounts and users. Plus, make edits and additions to global information and settings

• ADMIN - Controls all of the account including approving and removing other users
• MANAGER - Full control of account settings excluding managing users
• EDITOR - Able to add to the data and update it plus initiate campaigns
• USER - Can access data but unable to update it other than adding notes

Every level of user includes the privileges of every level below them. More levels may be added if this proves desirable or necessary.

Users may have access to multiple accounts. For example an agency managing Charity Radar for several charities. However, there account data will belong to one and only one account. This may be one of the charities or an agency may have their own account.
