Here we will maintain a list of the most pressing issues we need to address. Either strategic decisions that affect technical development or strategic decisions. This page will probably be edited frequently as new issues arise, and the order of priorities changes.

Onboarding Process - For charities, we can access all their information from the Charity Commission
API. However, for other types of organisations, this will have to be entered manually
Pricing - For charities, the pricing structure will be based on the figures they register with the Charity Commission. However, for other types of organisations, this will not be easy to obtain
Growth - From May 2023 onwards, we need a target number of new organisations per month. Perhaps 25? 25 new organisations per month will give 200 accounts by the end of 2023 which is a solid foundation.
Mobile - having every page available on mobile would be ideal. But is this realistic or necessary, given the complexity of some forms?
