Once an issue is decided, it may get moved to the Action List and/or integrated into the Design Principles

• Onboarding Process - For charities, we can access all their information from the Charity Commission API. However, for other types of organisations, this will have to be entered manually
• Pricing - For charities, the pricing structure will be based on the figures they register with the Charity Commission. However, for other types of organisations, this will not be easy to obtain
• Mobile - having every page available on mobile would be ideal. But is this realistic or necessary, given the complexity of some forms?
